A single soft patch of orange sits left of centre. Its edges blur into the surrounding grey, and horizontal bands of blush pink and pale cream stretch across the top. Nothing is defined, so the picture reads as a sky at sunrise or sunset, or as pure colour.

The washes are translucent and feathered, with faint streaks pulling the colour sideways. The mood is gentle and hazy, and the large areas of empty grey leave plenty of room to breathe.
