Terms of sale and licence

AGASVISUALS is the trade name of Fatih Kızılca, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye, at Derviş Ali Mah., Salma Tomruk Cad., Stad Saray Ap. No: 27, İç Kapı No: 10, Fatih/İstanbul. We make the works on this site and license them to you. You can reach us at agasvisuals@gmail.com.

Every work is a digital file: nothing is printed or shipped. Frame TV works are 3840 × 2160 pixel JPGs; desktop and phone works come in the size given on their page. A set holds one file per design.

Colours look slightly different from screen to screen. The rooms, frames and devices shown around a work are there to show it off; they aren’t part of the purchase.

An order placed on Etsy is made, paid and delivered on Etsy, under Etsy’s terms and policies and our Etsy shop’s own. The licence below applies to it all the same.

The works and their files stay ours, copyright included. Buying one gives you a personal licence to use it, for you alone. You may:

• download the file and keep copies of it for yourself, backups included;
• show the work on screens you own or use yourself: a Samsung Frame or any other TV, a computer, a tablet or a phone, at home, or as your own wallpaper at work;
• post a photo or video of the work on your screen, as long as the file itself isn’t shared.

You may not:

• share, send, upload, sell or give away the file or any copy of it, through file-sharing sites, shared drives and group chats included;
• resell or sublicense the work, or put it in anything others can download or buy;
• print it for sale, or put it on merchandise;
• show it in a business or public place (a shop, restaurant, hotel, office reception or event) or use it in advertising, without a commercial licence from us;
• use it to train or prompt an AI model;
• claim the work as your own.

Anything else, such as a print for your home, a business display or a custom size, needs our permission: write to us, we’re glad to talk. The licence can’t be passed on. It ends if these terms are broken, or when an order is refunded; the files must then be deleted.

Purchases are made on Etsy and refunded through Etsy. The details are in our refund policy.

We make sure each file is the work shown, complete and in the size stated. If one isn’t, we send a working file or refund it. How a device or app outside our control shows or stores a file isn’t something we can answer for.

For anything else, our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. That limit doesn’t apply where the law forbids it, for example to harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence, and nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and can bring a claim there; in Türkiye, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts hear such disputes.

We may update these terms. A purchase is governed by the version in force on the day it was made.
