Refund policy

Every purchase is made on our Etsy shop, so it is refunded through Etsy, under Etsy’s policies and our Etsy shop’s own. Message us on Etsy from your order, and we’ll sort it out there.

Digital files can’t be sent back, so a change of mind after the download isn’t refunded. A file that is faulty, won’t open or isn’t the work you bought always is, if we can’t send you a working one.

This policy adds to your rights as a consumer; it doesn’t limit them. See also our terms of sale and licence.
