A ginger tabby cat lies curled and fast asleep on a chunky, textured green sofa. A tall monstera in a terracotta pot stands beside it. Bright sun comes in from a window on the left, covered by a cream curtain. It casts leaf-shaped shadows across a saturated blue wall and dappled patterns over the sofa cushions.

The floor is laid with a blue-and-cream striped rug, and part of a framed picture shows at the top right. The surfaces look like small mosaic tiles of paint. The cobalt wall, green upholstery and orange cat are all strong colours, and the sunlit room feels calm and drowsy.
