A black-clad witch with a pointed hat and flowing skirt walks away from us along a rain-slicked path, holding a broom. Behind her a huge pale-gold moon fills the center of the sky, ringed by heavy gray clouds.

Bare, dark trees curve in from both sides, and clumps of orange and rust leaves line the path. The painterly strokes are loose and expressive. The moonlight reflects in the puddles at her feet, and the scene feels windswept, moody and a little magical.
