About this work
A little gingerbread cottage sits at the end of a snowy path, its roof piled with creamy white icing and dotted with red candy accents. Candy-cane posts frame a red arched door hung with a wreath, and amber light spills from the windows.
Tall pale birches and dark evergreens rise behind it into a soft, misty winter haze, while a white picket fence and blush-pink roses edge the foreground.
Thick palette-knife impasto and visible canvas weave give the scene a tactile, storybook warmth in a muted palette of sage green, gingerbread tan, frosty white and dusty rose.

“I absolutely love this artwork! It looks so lovely on my Samsung The Frame and gives our living room such a cozy autumn/halloween feeling. The little animals and all the details are just adorable. Exactly what I was looking for! Everything was easy to download and set up. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be getting more! Thank you so much! ❤️”

“My kids and I love this image! I like the chunky paint pieces and the duller color that makes it look more like an older oil painting”
