A young woman lies back on the surface of a still, dark stream. Her eyes are nearly closed and her palms are open. Her silver-white gown, embroidered in fine detail, spreads around her in the water, and a few petals drift beside her.

The riverbank is packed with life. Tall reeds crowd the left, and red poppies, daisies and tiny blue flowers shine out of the dense foliage above. Every leaf and bloom is painted with sharp, saturated precision. The glassy surface and mossy green below hold the scene in a hushed, dreamlike stillness.
