A row of soft white, sage and ochre houses stands in front of tall, snow-dusted evergreens, with a single taller house at the centre sending smoke from its chimney. Warm yellow windows glow in the quiet.

Golden specks and soft round glows drift through the falling snow, while broad, creamy palette-knife strokes shape the drifts in the foreground. The muted palette of cream, lichen green and gold gives the scene a gentle, storybook feel.
