About this work
A snow-dusted mountain peak catches the last apricot light of the day, rising above a quiet valley with a lone red barn and dark green evergreens. Lavender-grey clouds drift into a sky washed with sunset orange.
In the foreground, wind-swept golden grass, rust-red shrubs and yellow aspens carry the warmth of the season. Thick palette-knife strokes give the clouds, rock and foliage a sculpted, dimensional surface, and the muted palette keeps the mood calm and nostalgic.
In the painting

“I love it !!!! The colors are gorgeous and it looks amazing on my 50" Samung Frame TV. It really looks like a painting. The artist did an excellent job of making the picture look like it has texture and using colors that look soft like a painting instead of a picture.”
“I LOVE this print. It was so easy to upload and displays nicely on my Frame TV.”
