About this work
A wildflower meadow of burnt orange poppies, deep burgundy blooms, blush pink cosmos and creamy peonies rises from the bottom of the canvas, tangled with dried grasses, seed heads and slender sage-green stems. The upper half is left as calm, softly weathered cream parchment.
Painted in thick impasto oil, each petal is built from ridged palette-knife strokes with ragged, scalloped edges and tiny golden flecks. Soft, diffused light and a muted, earthy palette give the piece a warm, romantic, harvest-season mood.

“I absolutely love this artwork! It looks so lovely on my Samsung The Frame and gives our living room such a cozy autumn/halloween feeling. The little animals and all the details are just adorable. Exactly what I was looking for! Everything was easy to download and set up. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be getting more! Thank you so much! ❤️”
“The item matched the description perfectly and I am so happy with it!”
“My kids and I love this image! I like the chunky paint pieces and the duller color that makes it look more like an older oil painting”
